How long will it take to receive my order?
Press on nail sets are made-to-order, and are all hand-painted, packaged and posted by myself. I aim to get orders sent out within 5 working days - with a 2 week maximum depending on the volume of orders received. Please keep this in mind when ordering for an event or special occasion - you can always email if you are unsure on the timeframe and I can give you an estimation.
Size Guides and Extras will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
You will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking number as soon as your nails are complete and on their way to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Select your country at checkout and the postage will automatically be calculated for you. Please note that nail glue is not shipped internationally and if selected, nail tabs will be sent instead.
How long will my press-on nails last?
When properly applied and taken care of, your press-on nails can last up to 1-3 weeks!

Help! My press-on nails don’t fit
Unfortunately, Arty Libra can not be held responsible if your press-on nails do not fit due to customer discrepancy when measuring their own nails. This is why I always recommend ordering a nail size guide before placing your order! You will never be disappointed this way, as the nails will be a definite fit.
If you are unsure on what size press-on nails to order, it is always beneficial to order slightly larger - as you can file them down with a nail file to fit your own nails more accurately. If you ordered too small - this wont be possible and will result in a more difficult application, which often leads to a shorter life span of your press-on nails!
Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Yes! If properly taken care of you can reuse your press-on nails multiple times! Just buff off any excess nail glue with a nail file before reapplication.
What if I don’t want to use nail glue?
You can purchase nail tabs instead. These are double sided stickers that hold your press-on nails in place. They are very effective and offer a shorter term solution if you wish to use your press-on nails for a particular event. Nail tabs can keep your press-on nails in place for up to 1 week.
How do I remove my press-on nails?
Soak off your press-on nails in warm soapy water (you can also add some baby oil) to release your press-on nails from the glue without ruining the gel paint. This allows you to reuse the press-on nails again. Do not soak off in acetone/nail polish remover as this will remove the gel paint.
What is the returns policy?
Due to hygiene reasons and all press-on nails being customisable and made to order - Arty Libra can not accept returns and refunds. Please read the full returns policy here for more information.
